This 4 week challenge is about getting your horse to become more forward and responsive to your leg whilst strengthening and improving your leg aids through rider fitness (provided by Ridercise) You can choose to follow the schedule or mix and match depending on you. Each challenge includes theory work to improve your dressage knowledge, goal setting and reflection to get the most from this challenge and training sessions to improve your horse and your riding. An example schedule: Day 1 - Goal set and learn theory (+rider exercise session) Day 2 - Stretching session Day 3 - Training session (+ rider exercise session) Day 4- Day off Day 5 - Training session (+ rider exercise session) Day 6 - Training session Day 7 - Reflection
